Did not honnor their "We Owe You" We purchased a certified pre-owned Sienna at Boch Toyota. We love the vehicle, but they asked for full payment up front and gave us a "We Owe You" st We purchased a certified pre-owned Sienna at Boch Toyota. We love the vehicle, but they asked for full payment up front and gave us a "We Owe You" statement for a couple of items. However, they didn't do the work. I agreed to alternative arrangements and they didn't do that. Today they still owe us money and do not respond to my messages. Avoid this one! More
