Amazing customer service I have purchased many vehicles but I honestly have to say I have never been treated so well before. First off I found a car on their website which was I have purchased many vehicles but I honestly have to say I have never been treated so well before. First off I found a car on their website which was later in the evening so I put my request in for more information on the car. The very next morning Greg emailed and called me right away. We went over the details of the car and Greg did not inflate anything. He told me he would not do that. He went and checked the car over and gave me an honest answer to all my questions. We made the deal over the phone and I told him I would like to come get it that night. He told me when they close and I said I could not make it by then and he said no problem we will make it work and just call him when I'm getting close. I arrived two hours after they closed and he was waiting for me. He went home and came back all to make it convenient for me. I was shocked that he did that, and not only him but Nick came as well to get all the paperwork done. I got there two hours after closing and Greg says take your time test driving the car no rush at all. Needless to say I purchased the car on the spot. I will be purchasing my next vehicle there as well. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and because of that you just gained another customer. Thank you so much for making this such a great car buying experience. More

Saturday afternoon buy! Hello everyone! This is Jared Langbehn. I just wanted to write a review on customer service at NYHUS dealership. On a Saturday afternoon me and my Hello everyone! This is Jared Langbehn. I just wanted to write a review on customer service at NYHUS dealership. On a Saturday afternoon me and my family were going around our home town and were looking to add a new vehicle to our family, being dissatisfied with the options available for us we decided to expand our search to dealerships in other towns. Little did we know that we were going to end up driving almost 6 hours out of our way to get a vehicle on that same day. That was definitely a long drive but was so worth it. We contacted NYHUS dealership at around 12:30 pm that day and were very sad that we won’t be able to make it on time because they close at 1 pm. We decided that we were going to drive to see a different vehicle, but about an hour later we received a phone call from Mark who is a salesman at that dealership. He told us that he would be able to meet us at his house and show us the car even though the dealership is closed. We definitely didn’t expect for that to happen because usually the rest of the dealers that we have been to had sour faces even when we show up an hour or half hour before closing time, but with a toddler on our hands time is always tight. Anyway. We were extremely happy that he would be able to do that for us because that was pretty much the only day that we’d be able to drive so far out of the way for the next few months. He was very professional but very friendly at the same time. Invited us to his house to meet his puppy and our son couldn’t be happier that day because he loves dogs. We decided to purchase the vehicle because the price and the way that Mark treated us was outstanding and not expected at all. So we knew for sure we would be making a good decision. He stayed in the office until 7 pm with us and helped us with all the necessary paperwork. We are extremely happy with the purchase and amazing customer service. There is absolutely no doubt that next time we decide to purchase a vehicle we would definitely go back to NYHUS dealership even though it means that we would be driving all day to get it! More
