I took my Santa Fe for service. The service staff that assisted me was not transparent and dishonest about the information given in turns of the service including rental refund. Went I picked up my car the engine cover was cracked in several places I informed Tyler the service manager in which he tried to tell me that the plastic cover was brittle (the plastic was not brittle at all it was in great shape), by the look of the cracks it looks like it was force. Tyler told me he was going to order the replacement engine cover and it would be available in 3 to 5 days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have tried to reach him over the phone and in person and I just get told by the receptionist that he's not available (for the whole day!) I asked for a return phone call which never happens. Out of principal I will persue legal means if need to plus I will reach out to social media including YouTube review. More

I’m very happy with my car and overall I’ve had a good experience with it. However, I do feel that during the purchase process the terms and conditions of the contract were not clearly explained to me. Wh experience with it. When it was time to sign the paperwork, I felt rushed and wasn’t really given the opportunity to read everything carefully. The person handling the financing made the process feel very hurried, which made me uncomfortable. I believe customers should be given enough time to review all documents and fully understand what they are signing. More
