40 minute wait in line outside. Advisor took a customer two cars behind me. The only reason you get a 1 is because Tyler was the only one working. 1. Getting someone to call you back to schedule an appointment. Had to call 6 times. 2. Had to wait in line over 40 minutes to hand over my vehicle. 3. They didn’t reset the maintenance needed r appointment. Had to call 6 times. 2. Had to wait in line over 40 minutes to hand over my vehicle. 3. They didn’t reset the maintenance needed reminder in the info system. Also, stated they fixed my Fob but it didn’t work when I got home. Took a 2nd visit to resolve those issues. More
I would highly recommend Lucas. He was amazing, however the finance manager Chris Yslas that did our closing paperwork, he needs some serious coaching. He rushed us, and it was like he was a machine reading off things so fast. He might do this all day, BUT this is our first time there. Hyundai of Fort Myers has signs posted about giving great customer service, absolutely not with this employee. At one point we asked for him if he could scroll up the page so we could see the itemized charges, he didn't and told the other signer go ahead and sign and we can get out of here and shake hands. At that point we shut down, and just blindly signed. Ironically there is a spot that asks if you had time to review and sign everything, which is ironic, we did not. When we got home we plugged in the thumb drive to review everything. Something that we should have been able to take our time and do there.The only reason we bought the vehicle was because of Lucas, he is an asset to your company. But the finance manager, I will not refer anyone there because of our experience. It went from a 15 out of 10 with Lucas, to a zero with that guy. Furthermore, you go into that office blindly, not knowing your rate etc, and to be rushed....never again. Also, the way the desk is, when a customer sits, you cannot see everything. Maybe that's on purpose so customers can't see everything. His chair was raised. So we stood the whole time. He needs to be coached to put himself in the customers shoes. The customer is the reason that he has a job. More
