We moved to Bluffton in 2014 and I purchased my first vehicle from OC in 2016 and worked with Reggie Starver. Reggie was great to deal with and an awesome sales person. Sadly he passed away a few years ago and when it was time to look for another truck I worked with OC directly. He was patient and helped me find the one I wanted and kept me in the loop with build and delivery info. That lead to my wife looking at new Explorer's last year. We found the one we wanted on that was already on the order process just waiting to be built but no build date yet with supply chain issues. After a couple of months I noticed almost exact same spec Explorer was traded in with only a couple thousand miles. So I emailed OC that night about wanting to look at it.....that same night, a Friday evening no less he replied to me that he would have it ready for me to look at that morning.
