We first became customers at this dealership when we moved to South Carolina in 2015 & were looking to purchase our 2nd Lincoln a 2016 MKX. It is why we returned to OC Welch Lincoln to place an order for our 3rd Lincoln a 2023 Nautilus. We were fortunate to work with a fantastic salesman, Tom Landry. From our 1st encounter with Tom ordering our car to it's delivery he & the OC Welch team made the entire experience seamless. We found Tom to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable & patient as he navigated us through all the steps of learning about our new car. Kudos as well to Craig Redker & Chris Black who we had the pleasure of working with when we picked up our car. I had a pleasant experience at OC Welch over the last couple of days. That is mainly due to my salesman, Sam Elliott.
