excellent from start to finish My salesperson ( Ed ) was prepared when I arrived. He had the vehicle we had discussed ready at the door and was waiting to take my husband and I on a My salesperson ( Ed ) was prepared when I arrived. He had the vehicle we had discussed ready at the door and was waiting to take my husband and I on a test drive . Some of my paper work for our visit was ready as well .Everything was then explained to me in a manner I could understand and asked several times if I had any questions. He then walked us over to the finance department, introduced us to Paul, and offered to get us a beverage. Our finance experience was well explained and very pleasant. I walked away from the dealership with my new car very satisfied and was pleased with the whole experience. I am a repeat customer and this was the 9th car we have purchased which started while the dealership was in Beaufort. I will always recommend OC Welch and now my new salesperson Ed Biscoe. More

Service department Took my truck in for an alignment after completely rebuilding the front end components myself... I also am a mechanic.. just don’t have access to an a Took my truck in for an alignment after completely rebuilding the front end components myself... I also am a mechanic.. just don’t have access to an alignment rack... they took my truck back and after an hour I asked the service writer how close they were to being done and he went back in the shop to check .. upon his return he had a paper in his hand from the technician with an estimate for repairs in the amount of almost $3400 ..., said my front end was worn out including front wheel bearings which were replaced 50 miles before arriving at their dealership .. At this point that disgusted me so bad after I told the service writer that the entire front end was knew that I wanted my truck and my keys so I could leave they pulled my truck around but would not give me my keys until I paid an hours at this point that disgusted me so bad after I told the service writer that the entire front end was knew that I wanted my truck and my keys so I could leave they pulled my truck around but would not give me my keys until I paid an hour of labor for the estimate.. So take it for what it’s worth in my opinion some of the biggest crooks on the East Coast I’ve ever dealt with and I highly recommend to not use their service department More
