It’s the only Ford Dealership around I used the service department and the quick lube. Each time I had to make an appointment 10 days to two weeks in advance. That is just too long to wa I used the service department and the quick lube. Each time I had to make an appointment 10 days to two weeks in advance. That is just too long to wait for service or repairs. This last time they wrecked the magnetic sign on my rear bumper and left black remnants on the car. I found the destroyed sign on the passenger seat when I picked up the car. No one said anything to me about it. No explanation. No apology. I’ve always owned Fords, however since moving to the area I am considering other options based on the service I’ve received. More
