Not forceful Ken met us in the car lot and he was very nice spoken did not force him self on us or to buy a truck but we were just looking he ask what we were look Ken met us in the car lot and he was very nice spoken did not force him self on us or to buy a truck but we were just looking he ask what we were looking for we explained and he showed us some models and we said that there was something on lot we had looked at and he went and pulled it up we talked about price and we got it. We also test drove it. But the big thing was he went over the truck with us after we got it before we drove away. He helped me with the Ford APP. I would recommend Ken to any one. It’s the only Ford Dealership around I used the service department and the quick lube. Each time I had to make an appointment 10 days to two weeks in advance. That is just too long to wa I used the service department and the quick lube. Each time I had to make an appointment 10 days to two weeks in advance. That is just too long to wait for service or repairs. This last time they wrecked the magnetic sign on my rear bumper and left black remnants on the car. I found the destroyed sign on the passenger seat when I picked up the car. No one said anything to me about it. No explanation. No apology. I’ve always owned Fords, however since moving to the area I am considering other options based on the service I’ve received. More
