Fast, fast, fast repairs!!!!! My car "died" late Friday afternoon. I called my insurance company to have it towed to the dealership. It arrived at the dealership at 8PM on Friday night and at 7:25AM on Monday, I received a call from Karl, saying he would get it looked at as quickly as possible. Cindy is Super I recently had a recall on my Ford F150. Cindy set up a service date that was very accommodating for me she also arranged for me to have a Loaner whil I recently had a recall on my Ford F150. Cindy set up a service date that was very accommodating for me she also arranged for me to have a Loaner while my truck was in the shop. I hope you realize what an exceptional employee Cindy is. If it wasn't for Cindy the quality of your service department would be a -1 rather than a 5. She almost single handedly runs that department and does so with patience and understanding that puts the client at ease. The repairs are made in a timely manner and she explains in laymen's terms what is needed to corect the problem.. I don't know what you pay Cindy, but I'm sure it is not enough. As for O.C. Welch Ford, I am very pleased with both sales and service I have recieved over that years. More
