Purchasing a new car We have been looking for a newer car for sometime. Did not buy the first time when we went in because we felt the price was too high and there was little negotiation to be done on the favorite. Several weeks later we were looking on the website and found another MKX similar to the one we liked. We went into the dealership met with Scott and were able to make a deal. Very pleased with the service re received. Thanks Scott!!!! More
Did not fix problem Was on vacation and AC quit working. They said they "thought" it was probably the evaporator leaking. Ordered one in and replaced evaporator (cost o Was on vacation and AC quit working. They said they "thought" it was probably the evaporator leaking. Ordered one in and replaced evaporator (cost over $1100.00). AC would work when car first started and then quit, no matter how low the temp was set. Took it back. They said it was working fine. It worked "on and off" during 2 day trip back to Missouri (not very pleasant trip because outside temp was in 90's). Took it to Ford dealer back here in Missouri and they found leaking valves and other problems. They fixed it for additional fee. It has now been working fine for the past week. More

Quick Lane service for 2010 Escape I took my 10 Escape in for basic service and the dealer ship was busy because it is good and popular. So I had a little time on my hands and received I took my 10 Escape in for basic service and the dealer ship was busy because it is good and popular. So I had a little time on my hands and received some excellent service from the sales dept as we looked into the aspects of renewing my 2017 Escape's lease with a new 2018 or 2019 when the time comes. My surprise was that the guy I was working with happened to be Chip Welch, whom I had not recognized until the end when he gave me his business card. A wonderful help/experience and I was truly impressed with the rapport he had with the other employees. Great job guys. More

Excellent service, prompt and professional Met with service advisor Karl Hunsinger. Spoke with him on phone re transmission type problems with my F-150. Told me to just come in without an appt and ask for him. When I arrived he immediately contacted the service manager and things went great from then. After driving my vehicle an appt was made for June 11, at which time they will check out the transisssion issue, take care of a Ford recall and have my 15,000 mile service handled. More
The word "excellent" tells everything. Karl Hunsinger took care of me as soon as I arrived. He proceeded to replace a bolt on the steering column. Seat repair in lincoln and dent removal Karl went out of his way to help me. I had my drivers seat repaired in my Lincoln and I told him about the two dents in the hood.
