Cindy is Super I recently had a recall on my Ford F150. Cindy set up a service date that was very accommodating for me she also arranged for me to have a Loaner whil I recently had a recall on my Ford F150. Cindy set up a service date that was very accommodating for me she also arranged for me to have a Loaner while my truck was in the shop. I hope you realize what an exceptional employee Cindy is. If it wasn't for Cindy the quality of your service department would be a -1 rather than a 5. She almost single handedly runs that department and does so with patience and understanding that puts the client at ease. The repairs are made in a timely manner and she explains in laymen's terms what is needed to corect the problem.. I don't know what you pay Cindy, but I'm sure it is not enough. As for O.C. Welch Ford, I am very pleased with both sales and service I have recieved over that years. More

Excellent work timely repair excellent service We had our 2014 Ford Escape packed for our trip back to Arlington, Massachusetts, when the clip which connects the transmission to the shifter broke. We had our 2014 Ford Escape packed for our trip back to Arlington, Massachusetts, when the clip which connects the transmission to the shifter broke. It was late on Thursday of Easter week, and we were going to leave on Good Friday morning, as our 3 month rental was at its end. We had the car towed to O. C. Welch Ford-Lincoln in Hardeeville, SC. It was after hours so I wrote a note giving the symptoms, and asking if they could check the entire vehicle to make sure of a safe trip home. We worked with Nancy who was very helpful, a real ray of sunlight. We had already rented a vehicle from Enterprise, and Nancy told us she could do much better for us through Ford, She called us mid day the next day and told us that the transmission part was ordered, but probably the repair would be complete after Easter. She did mention that the service people had gone over the vehicle, and that the brakes needed to be replaced all pads and rotors. I had brought my car to my local Ford dealer in Massachusetts before we left in December as I felt that by the milage the brakes needed to be serviced, and we were going to be traveling at least 4000 miles on our winter vacation. O. C. Welch did the brakes, fixed the transmission under warrantee, and treated us with the utmost respect. This coming year, I am going to skip the servicing at home and get serviced at O.C.
