I called OC welsh service and was greeted by Nancy on the phone. She told me to come right in . I dropped it off that night so she had it the next day. It was my battery! While it was there they did a safety inspection and the brakes were almost gone which we fixed right away. Great job! More

WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE I've dealt with dealerships a lot in my life. I have to say this was the worst experience. The dealership has more service work then they can handle.. I've dealt with dealerships a lot in my life. I have to say this was the worst experience. The dealership has more service work then they can handle.. They don't have the staff or the space.. The people I dealt with for the most part nice.. I spoke with Karl, Steve and Chip.. I was made a promise from service dept that has not been kept to date.. If something were seriously wrong with this car I would definitely travel to a better dealership.. This car is still in warranty . I shutter to think what service would be like for a car that no longer had a warranty..When buying a car in my near future it will not be at OC Welch. I intend on returning to this review as I interact with anyone at OC Welch. More

Mr. Lawrence Washington knows his stuff ! Lawrence helped my 84 year old grandmother purchase a car( a Ford Edge). He was excellent in assisting her. He answered every question that she had.
