Professional Service Department Had to change dealerships due to original dealer not returning phone calls and emails to service my Lincoln Continental. Explained my situation at the Quick Lube and she personally brought me over to the service center and got someone to take my information and schedule my appointment for service and warrantee work. As promised received a call a day or 2 later to get insurance card and licenses , etc. Emails and texts were sent when driver was to pick up car. All very well run and professionally handled. Don't remember all the names. Karl kept me informed and has called to schedule return visit for the broken warrantee part replacement. Sorry I didn't originally purchase the car there to begin with! More

Different experiance I was pleasantly surprised by my buying experience at Welch, Found the used car I was interested in and Ed patiently worked with me over a period of I was pleasantly surprised by my buying experience at Welch, Found the used car I was interested in and Ed patiently worked with me over a period of several days to make sure the truck would meet my needs. Introduced me to service manager, expressed some of my concerns, and they addressed them with replace/repair. Then allowed me to take the truck to an independent garage to access the vehicle. Based upon that we were able to negotiate a deal. No back and forth, no high pressure sales, and I was in and out of the business office in less that 1/2 hour. Picked up truck next day washed and with new floor pads. Only negative was lack of parking space for customers at lot. Thanks Ed. More

Great service advisor, Nancy Understood my problem, not an easy problem, got me scheduled, had a loaner car, same model as my car, and had me on my way home in less than ten minut Understood my problem, not an easy problem, got me scheduled, had a loaner car, same model as my car, and had me on my way home in less than ten minutes! They kept the car for only a day and a half, kept me updated, fixed the hard to find problem, washed the car, and kept it inside out of the rain.
