I apologize for the length of time it took to perform your repairs to the sunroof on your vehicle. Sometimes when performing large intricate repairs things can go wrong no matter how hard we try. Due to the length of the repair we did provide you with a Ford Explorer to drive and then upgraded you to a Lincoln MKC. The problem with the CD player was created when someone tried to enter two CD's at the same time. We found this when we removed the trim. Given the length of the repairs we removed the CD's and reassembled the vehicle at no charge to you. I have interviewed the employees involved and counseled them to think of what they say in a customers presence but have not been told that anyone made a derogatory comment to you. I would be happy to discuss this and find out what I can do to improve your satisfaction with our company. We strive hard in a busy environment to insure we do the right thing for every O.C. Welch customer.
