“Little Old Lady Schoolteacher” For the past 15 years I have owned 2 of the same model SUV’s (different years) and have loved the dealership that sold them to me! Then my husband br For the past 15 years I have owned 2 of the same model SUV’s (different years) and have loved the dealership that sold them to me! Then my husband brought me to O.C. Welch to drive a smaller SUV. As soon as I drove the 2018 Lincoln MKX, I was feeling very sorry for my 2012 SUV that I would soon trade for the Lincoln. Chip Pellerin, our Sales Agent, was soft-spoken, thorough, knowledgeable and completely focused on my needs being met and comfort level. Chip’s relaxed and quiet demeanor did not make me feel pressured in any way; and in fact, I felt he trusted my judgement over any desire he may have had to sell a car! THAT was his “sales pitch” - making the customer feel as knowledgeable as he and every question one had was legitimate and worthy of his time to explain without pressure. Chip deserves to be ‘Salesman of the Year’....and perhaps mentor the less experienced salesmen stressing the need to NOT pressure prospective buyers. You’re a good man, Mr. Pellerin and Thanks! More

Unexpected Customer/Service orientation: I have recently bought/traded a used Mustang from a local dealership and found a malfunction of the CD option. Despite the fact that I had never visited the dealership, and the fact that I was a "no charge guaranty" customer, they went out of their way to resolve the issue promptly, including scheduling and confirming call backs to my fullest satisfaction..
