She arranged for a loaner car that was covered under my Ford extended warranty, and I got a comparable vehicle to drive while my vehicle was in the shop for several days. She asked me enough questions to provide the service tech with information as to the trouble I was having with the back-up camera and the MyFord Sync. The repairs were made very satisfactorily. More
