purchase of a new vechicle We came to the dealership to see what options were available in purchasing a new Ford Escape. In contacting the dealership over the internet Chip Pel We came to the dealership to see what options were available in purchasing a new Ford Escape. In contacting the dealership over the internet Chip Pellerin reached out to us letting us know what was available. Chip invited us to the showroom on Friday and advised he would be available at anytime that was convenient for us. He met us that afternoon and was very helpful in finding a vehicle that met all our needs. Both he and Kim Wells worked with us to get us everything we asked for both in the vehicle and financing. Everyone was very professional and friendly and sent us home very happy. The parts department even had thew cargo cover which was an option available for pick up Monday morning that we requested.Can't say enough about how the team worked to satisfy the customer. We appreciate the great job everyone did for us. Would highly recommend the entire dealership to friends and family. More

Undecided Due to some issues with my 2014 Ford Focus )purchased elsewhere), I could not decide if I wanted to take the time and effort to have the issue resolve Due to some issues with my 2014 Ford Focus )purchased elsewhere), I could not decide if I wanted to take the time and effort to have the issue resolved or trade it in. I met with John and we sat down and discussed my options. I went back the following week after having given much thought on what to do. As I was still uncertain if I wanted to stretch my car payments back out for 72 months after having already made 33 payments on my current vehicle, we spoke some more and of course I was simply made an offer that I simply could not refuse. Not only could I not refuse such a great deal, I left O C Welch's dealership with a greatly satisfied and peaceful mind that I was driving away in a much safer vehicle. I am sure that they would have fixed my other one and it would be safe once again but, a peaceful mind in my opinion is priceless when it comes to the safety of ones self and others on the road. I certainly can not thank John enough for patiently working with me and letting me decide for myself what was best for me. He is a fabulous people person! More

Amazing I hate buying cars! It's always been a brutal exercise in patience and perseverance and trying not to kill somebody! But I really needed a new car. M I hate buying cars! I can't believe my experience today.....stream-lined, professional, personable...like a well oiled machine! Mr Welch handled the sale and his team was amazing! No high pressure salesmanship, just professional customer service. In about 2 hours, Mr Welch was handing me the key to my new car! I still can't believe how smoothly everything went.
