Great service & friendly employees !!! After an overnight trip from Pittsburgh, Pa. to the Hilton Head area my 2007 Town Car was covered with bugs. Since I was not familiar with the area I After an overnight trip from Pittsburgh, Pa. to the Hilton Head area my 2007 Town Car was covered with bugs. Since I was not familiar with the area I had no idea where to get my car washed I saw the Ford sign and thought they might direct me to a "good" local car wash. I stopped in the service area and talked to two young ladies (Jessica & Mallory) behind a service desk, and asked them about a local car wash. They said to hold on a second and one girl walked into another room and returned with another young lady (Terri) who said she was a service manager. I told Terri my problem and she said they would take care of getting my car washed. One of the other girls, Jessica or Mallory, took my car and said she would wash it herself in the dealership wash area. When she returned a short while later, she had a small spray can and a cloth, which she used to remove the more stubborn bugs. When she was finished the car very clean and shiny. I asked how much this was going to cost me and she said nothing !!! I feel the three young ladies went out of their way to help me and they deserve a big raise !!!! More

The customer is king at OC Welch! Donnie Brown was fantastic in helping us buy and get to know our new Explorer. Employees make the expeience! Wow! My husband previously purchased two Lincolns from Reggie. We were going to sign the lease on my new Jaguar but decided to test drive a Linco Wow! My husband previously purchased two Lincolns from Reggie. We were going to sign the lease on my new Jaguar but decided to test drive a Lincoln. We saw the New Continental and it was love at first sight! We test drove the beautiful car and the decision was made. Continental was the Car For Me! Reggie and Dave Heins were fantastic! The car was ordered to our specs and the waiting began. Unfortunately the car was delayed but OC Welch dealership made sure we had a Continental loaner to use until our car arrived. Throughout the process Dave was in contact with us on all updates. One Saturday I called for Dave and Chip Welch answered the phone personally. He was pleasant, informed and quick to follow up. From the initial visit to the dealership to delivery day the whole process was a pleasure. The employees made the whole process a Great Experience. Service Cindy met me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door - she was pleasant and sweet from minute one. She helped me get set up with getting my 2013 Cindy met me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door - she was pleasant and sweet from minute one. She helped me get set up with getting my 2013 Ford Escape in for some service. She noticed that there was also a recall out on the vehicle that I didn't know about, and she suggested we address that at the same time as well as one of the overall inspections after a certain number of miles. She instantly made me feel at ease, and talked me through anything I didn't understand. She was able to help me work with Mike for a loaner vehicle. Even though they were busy, I felt like I got all of the individual attention I needed to feel like I was among family and that me and my vehicle would be taken care of. I didn't feel like they were trying to bamboozle me with service items my vehicle didn't need - they addressed the problem, did a total inspection of the vehicle, and only suggested I fix what needed attention. I will ALWAYS come to this dealership and request Cindy by name!!! Cindy was SO pleasant and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her!!!! More
