Service is about getting things done in a timely fashion,. I have to schedule my time and it is just as important as yours. Disappointed in the pricing of filters, tire balancing and a $800 quote to change plugs and wires is ridicules. It is not my poor design or selection of substandard OEM plugs. I should not have to pay for Fords miscues. I will stick with your service, even pay a little more, but it needs to be priced competitively. More
