Everything I had Hoped For I worked with Chip Pellerin from this dealership from out of state. Not only was everyone extremely helpful, but they were friendly as well. This was I worked with Chip Pellerin from this dealership from out of state. Not only was everyone extremely helpful, but they were friendly as well. This was my first car buying experience and it made me nervous going out of state but I had to get the exact car I wanted. They were quick to respond to my online inquiry (literally 40 minutes fast) and helped me with everything. Chip took the time to wash the car and send photos of the car to me the first day I inquired about it. After a lot of working things out I found a day to fly down from Minnesota, and at the Savannah airport I got picked up by Chip in a new Explorer and he drove me back to the dealership. The dealership itself is amazing. So many cool cars to look at, Shelby F-150s, Tonka truck F-150s (yes cool I know right?), Shelby GT350, and a room with O Cs collection of mustangs. Everything from BOSS302s Racecars, to Cobra Jet Drag Strip Mustangs, to an extremely rare V8 powered Ford GT. After checking the place out I went out to check out the car I was there for and it was everything I had hoped. No surprises, no mix ups, no nothing. Just straight up honesty and integrity with my interactions with everyone. Which is a simple concept but something I found a lot of dealerships can't seem to get fully right. Chip especially has this figured out and is a very respectable a personable guy. Got all the paperwork done and bought the car, they gave me the keys to joyride for about an hour before I came back to the dealership and Chip drove me back to the airport. Smooth and easy day that couldve been a disaster. Then to top it off, they are working with the transport company to get it shipped back to MN. So all I have to do now is pay for the service and Chip, and all the folks at O C Welch Lincoln Ford will take care of the rest. Go to this dealership!!! More

Air Bag Inflator Replacement After owning my 2014 Ford Mustang since 8/31/13 & having received two letters from Ford Corp. dated 7/15, & 5/16 that the airbag inflator had to be r After owning my 2014 Ford Mustang since 8/31/13 & having received two letters from Ford Corp. dated 7/15, & 5/16 that the airbag inflator had to be replaced & that I would be notified by Ford Motor Co. that the parts would be available sometime in the 4th qtr. of 2016. I never received a notification letter re: scheduling an appointment to have the replacement parts installed. I personally continued to contact the local dealer on a periodic basis to find out when the parts would be available. Finally on 3/31/17 a service rep told me that the dealer would have to order the parts, this was in the 2nd quarter of 2017. The service rep called & left me a message to call her back, which I did a total of four separate times, never returning the call to me. When I finally spoke to her , she asked , "how are you" & my response was, "FRUSTRATED" in the fact that it was my fourth time calling her. The service advisor at the store, Nancy Andrews was very professional & pleasant, however waiting 3.5 years for the replacement part while seeing commercials & newspaper ads to buy Ford products plus the lack of Ford to notify me as well as the number of calls to the service rep certainly is totally unprofessional. My compliments to Nancy Andrews for handling my needs but shame on Ford Motor Co. for the delay tactics used to expose the customer to possible physical harm so that they & their dealers could continue with their GREED.. Luckily, I came across a fantastic deal on a 2016 Edge at O. C. Welch Ford. For a change, the dealer actually had the advertised vehicle in stock, and for the advertised price. No gimmicks. The salesman, John, was fantastic to work with! My wife and I actually were lucky enough to meet Mr. Welch, who made sure we got the best deal possible. Outstanding Purchasing Expereince I never buy a Ford Until my wife wanted to look at the EDGE (she was looking at another Vehicle also). We had a Edge Rental and it was a smooth Vehicle and easy to handle. When I went to OC Welch I was waiting to be bombarded by Sales People But was pleasantly surprised. Mr. Chip Pellerin Asked us what we were looking for and showed us two different Vehicles (Both Edges) and we selected the One we wanted. Now I wait for the Finance Drama telling us the Price, Interest and trying to drag us down to a Amount the Dealership wanted us to pay for a Vehicle. Surprise, Surprise the Finance Manager Chris Williamson was a pleasant gentlemen explained my options and added in a Ford Extended Warranty that I wanted. Mr. Pellerin was an outstanding Salesman and I have meet many over the years buying many Vehicles. Please Note: I have been a GM Owner since 1963 and only 1 time I purchased a Ford that was a disaster and swore never again, until now. The experience I received will clearly entice me to procure a Navigator/Expedition when my Tahoe Lease runs out, next year. Purchase of a 2017 Ford F-150 Platinum Crew Cab We were replacing our company truck and called OC to get budget pricing. OC stated he would email a proposal later in the day, however, he told us wha We were replacing our company truck and called OC to get budget pricing. OC stated he would email a proposal later in the day, however, he told us what the cost would be on the vehicle prior to his email. We received his email with product specification and pricing within two hours. Upon receiving the email we ordered the vehicle. When we took possession of the vehicle the entire process lasted 20 minutes, mostly due to our unfamiliarity with the newer technology. I would recommend OC Welch to anyone with a vehicle need. More
