And I didn't have to spend hours checking behind him to make sure everything was done properly, it was handled in minutes by a courteous, professional staff. I've dealt with a lot of dealers over the years, but OC personally ensures that your buying experience is a good one. I purchased a new 2016 F-150 XL and also had them put on aftermarket wheels and lift kit. Sam Elliott made the process of purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure. He was very attentive to my needs and was able to complete the majority of the paperwork without me being present. Nancy Andrews from service worked close with Sam Elliott in helping me get my wheels and lift kit on my vehicle in a timely manner. Nancy continually kept me up date, so I knew exactly when my truck would be ready. I was able to get a loner vehicle, so that I did not waste time at the dealership. Mr. O.C. Welch was also a great help. My Air National Guard unit is having our annual golf tournament and he was gracious enough to donate items for the raffles. I purchase new vehicles on a regular basis and this was the best experience I have had. More
