Better than a Doctor's visit I approached this visit with gritted teeth after being told by the dealer who sold me used vehicle AND extended maintenance contract that "they don't I approached this visit with gritted teeth after being told by the dealer who sold me used vehicle AND extended maintenance contract that "they don't work on Fords"...I would have to go to the"local" Ford dealer who is about 20 miles away..But the service representative Nancy Andrews COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!! She didn't care that I had purchased my vehicle elsewhere. She informed me it was still under warranty and my car left the dealership purring like a car should!! And I was able to "un-grit" those teeth...THANKS Nancy. ps. the model train setup in the waiting room was pretty awesome!!! More

Broken down out of state with a family of 6! Traveling home to Ohio on a Friday night with a car loaded down with kids and gear and the unimaginable happens, we break down. A quick Google search later we were lucky enough to be close to this amazing dealership. Not only did our towtruck driver comment that this dealership had the best diesel mechanic around we were amazed by the friendly and extremely helpful staff. Nancy and Steve were very helpful getting us taken care of quickly and very understanding of our situation. Mechanic Jim S was very helpful to fix an interesting problem and get us back on the road. Pricing was very reasonable and considering our situation we were pleasantly surprised. Good to know there are great honest dealerships out there still. Many thanks More

Dead battery issues on Lincoln MKC Found car would not start. Sent tow truck, jumped it off, but I requested it taken to dealer for follow up. The maintenance team ran all the tests p Found car would not start. Sent tow truck, jumped it off, but I requested it taken to dealer for follow up. The maintenance team ran all the tests possible, and after it sat overnight, tested again, and found the battery failed. Replaced it, no charge, got an oil change as requested, no charge, and they even washed my car. Exceptional interface with J41 Service Manager/Adviser Bernard Jean, called me and kept me apprised of the ongoing troubleshooting. Later, they delivered the car back to me at home, also no charge. They also called prior to delivery to make sure I'd be home, and sent an email, and gave me an estimated time of drop off, which they exceeded by over an hour. Just doesn't get any better than this! More
