Very helpful, caring, and very patient. My situation wasn't the most ideal, but he made it happen. If there's a will, he will make a way. I have my fifth child on the way and I needed a third seater row. He introduced me into a 2012 ford explorer and I fell in love with it. Great dealership My son and I drove four and a half hours to see the car I was looking for. There were two others in the same area that I was also interested in. We were greeted by the salesman (Richard Freeman) that I spoke to on the phone prior to making the trip. Mr. Freeman was one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. We test drove the car, came back and discussed it, and I made him an offer expecting to do the "haggling back & forth" with a sales manager. They didn't haggle back & forth and accepted my offer. The paperwork process was very timely and Mr. Freeman gave my son and I a tour of their very impressive facility that was full of Richard Petty special edition cars, as well as a Ford GT. We were on our way out before lunch and really enjoyed the whole experience. More
