Our salesman, Chip Pellerin, was knowledgeable and extremely patient. He worked hard to get us in the car that met our budget and "wish list". We also had the pleasure of meeting Ed, the manager. Ed and Chip turned what has normally been a negative experience into a great time driving away in exactly what I wanted. Great Service Experience Stopped by the OC Welch Ford service department with a quick question on a concern about an unusual smell that was being emitted from my MKX. I couldn't locate the source myself and thought it may be electrical. Rick Zarkowski the service manager gladly put the car up on the lift and discovered that a plastic bag had melted onto the exhaust pipe. He showed me and explained what had happened to cause the odor and scrapped what he could from the pipe, It was resolved in less than 20 minutes total from the time I pulled in and departed. I will say this has been the best service in a spare of the moment I have ever had. No leave the car and wait and no $100 charge. It was just a great experience. I do have my car serviced here on a regular basis and they quite good but this was the best. More
