Fast to charge for not performing the work Was being charged for a diagnostic that was not done. Then given a price to replace all parts just to give an estimate in stead of actually diagnosing Was being charged for a diagnostic that was not done. Then given a price to replace all parts just to give an estimate in stead of actually diagnosing the issue and find the part that needed to be replaced. I challenged them on not actually diagnosing the problem and just giving a price. Then they decided to waive the $99 diagnostic fee. That they never actually did. More
