Kim guided us through our buying experience with patience and clear expertise in his craft. He was not pushy, but extremely patient, answering every question we had as if it were the most important one he had ever been asked. Larry went above and beyond for me! I lost my 12 year old Toyota Avalon in a flood during Hurricane Matthew. I loved my car and expected that buying a new car would be a painful hassle I lost my 12 year old Toyota Avalon in a flood during Hurricane Matthew. I loved my car and expected that buying a new car would be a painful hassle that I was not looking forward to going through. I met Larry Morse at OC Welch and he worked hard to make it a hassle free experience for me. I test drove a few Ford and Lincoln cars with him before deciding on the Lincoln MKC. He explained the various features and he shared his experience and knowledge about the cars I was testing. I was amazed that I did not have to go back for paperwork and to pick up the car. The paperwork was managed by phone and e-mail. Larry, personally delivered my beautiful new car to me at my home and explained the features including syncing my cell phone for me. I completed the paperwork with Larry in the comfort of my home! All the details were handled by Larry. He Totally Rocks!!! and I am in love with my new Lincoln MKC!. More
