Even the gentleman that pointed us in the right direction for our meeting with our sales person was very friendly and helpful. The real highlight of our experience though was working with our sales person Chip Pellerin. From the very beginning Chip did a great job of finding out from us exactly what type of vehicle we were interested in. From there he laid out all the options, with no pressure I might add, which made the decision very simple. Once we had decided on the Lincoln MXC, Chip explained all of the features available and how to use them. He made this experience the best we've ever had at a car dealership. Thank you to all! More
