From the first inquiry on our truck, John responded promptly. Endy, our salesman, helped us when we arrived and throughly went over the truck and Chip followed up on the sale. We had a few things we wanted changed and their shop had it completed promptly as promised. Paul completed our deal and we were back home in time for the football game. I was met with high pressure and the only was they could compliment their product was to talk bad about Ford. I was turned off completely. I walked in to OC Welch FLM with my armor on and was pleasantly surprised to meet Michael and a very relaxed, no pressure attitude. He listened to me and helped me find what I needed on the lot.
