So went with the Edge. Larry worked with my schedule that day. Let me take it home to let my wife look at it. I came back to make the deal with my title to my old vehicle and made a Deal. I left for an appointment and came back. I was expecting the paper work to be complete, but it took another 2 hours before I could leave. I guess this process hasn't changed. Will be following back up with them to get window tinting installed. More

F-150 Thank you to the crew over in the CPO building! I looked at and priced several trucks before settling on the one that I purchased. Luis got the answers I needed and was very responsive. The trade-in and closing process went quickly and smoothly. Michael Ramsey and O C Welch Ford LIncoln offered to rent 50 trucks to 50 veterans. I was fortunate to be one of the beneficiaries of this promotion.
