Outstanding Experience I drove approximately 60 miles one way to a dealership, in the same area, to test a vehicle and when I got there a manager met me and told me he would I drove approximately 60 miles one way to a dealership, in the same area, to test a vehicle and when I got there a manager met me and told me he would be right back. After 40 minutes of waiting, I gave up and left. I saw O. C. Welch's dealership and decided to stop and check their inventory. When I drove on the property, Mr Briscoe met me. I told him what I was looking for. He said, I think I have just what you want. We test drove the vehicle and Mr. Briscoe eagerly handled everything for me. I have never purchased a vehicle as easily as he made it. Everyone I met there was very professional and knew their job and was eager to help you. I cannot say enough about my experience at this dealership and Mr Briscoe. Rate them 10+++++. Will recommend the to my friends. More

Where is my Car? OC Welch called to say my car was ready. On arrival, I was told the dealership could not find the key. This is ridiculous and the lack of updates is extremely disrespectful. More
