People were very nice, however my experience with getting my 2017 Raptor repaired was suboptimal. I schedule a recall repair online several weeks prior to my appointment. When I arrived they did not have t my 2017 Raptor repaired was suboptimal. I schedule a recall repair online several weeks prior to my appointment. When I arrived they did not have the parts necessary to do the recall work. That was OK because the truck had a slow coolant fluid leak and wound up needing a new water pump. That took 10 days to complete. When I picked up the truck it had a "new" problem caused by incompletely putting the vehicle back to together after the water pump was replaced. I had to turn around and drive it back to the dealership. Of course the technician had gone home so they had to have a service manage test drive it, diagnose the problem (supercharger hose was not connected properly) and then I took it home. Since then I've had no coolant leaks but the check engine light has been on. I'm concerned about returning to them to have it assessed. Service advisor called me several times throughout the process to apologize to me each time for unexpected delays, e.g. couldn't get to it today, tech called out sick today, waiting on parts (water pump for an F-150?) couldn't complete diagnostics today, will try tomorrow, etc.... I felt bad for the bearer of bad news (advisor) but Service Recovery after the 4-5th apology phone call should be better than that. More
