I had a problem with getting the latest Sync3 software updated in my vehicle. Had O.C. Welch try to update it while in for an oil change. For whatever reason the update never was accepted by the system. I returned to the dealership to try to get the update. Ray in the fast lane office remembered me and got right on it. The mechanic tried his best to get the update to be accepted but was unable to accomplish it. Ray didn't give up, and had another person that has dealt with this problem give it a try. Bingo.... Whatever this fellow did he was able to get the update loaded, and everything seems to be working now as it should. I can't thank Ray enough for sticking with me and doing everything he could to satisfy me. Thank You!!! Please add my name to the list for the 360° camera recall.
