Went to dealership today to get some help updating our navigation system on our Lincoln. Tiana was very nice and tried to help but the service department wasn’t. A woman that worked there make a face at m navigation system on our Lincoln. Tiana was very nice and tried to help but the service department wasn’t. A woman that worked there make a face at me like I was stupid. Called Tiana back with the information that they needed. She put me on hold while trying to get some help from service department. She came back a few minutes later with no help from service department. She asked me to bring the car in early and she will try to help me. I am not comfortable trying to update my system myself. Or at the least help me order the software. To be fair other times the service has been good. My husband and I were talking about what car would we buy when we decide to get a new vehicle. Our choices were either Volvo or Lincoln. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. More
