Up until now the service at OC was good. No more - I drove out for a express oil change and was told to make an appointment for some other day as they were to busy .I then called for an app No more - I drove out for a express oil change and was told to make an appointment for some other day as they were to busy .I then called for an appointment the get my automatic transmission serviced and was told the nearest. available date was more than 2 months away. I don't think so. I was able to make an immediate appointment at a reliable repair shop on the Island to service my truck. The parking lot at O. C. is jammed with new vehicles, it seems they are adept at selling them, but hopelessly overwhelmed when it comes to servicing them. New vehicle buyer beware! More
