I actually enjoyed the time I spent with Devon. He was very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy like some salesmen. I would buy another one from him anytime!!!! My first time in the "Quick Service Area" area was not like a first rate Dealership but more like a quicklube center. Was not connected to the main building, where I might have look at the new models. Wh like a first rate Dealership but more like a quicklube center. Was not connected to the main building, where I might have look at the new models. While I did look at some of the crs and truck in the front lot.. I would suggest doing away with the quick office and go back to a more professional drop off and wait in the main lobby. More
O C Welch has a ways to go when it comes to customer service. After drop off-we could not talk to a human. Got caught up in the new AI 'Ashley' phone attendant. That's a joke. When we did talk to a person they said they would call us back and never did. Kept our vehicle for two days with no communication. Friday at 4:30 I finally was able to talk to Gabriel-who helped us and said the vehicle was done. the dealership service closes at 6:00 and we are an hour away. Talk about cutting it short! We need the vehicle for the next day. Left an email for the sales manager to call us and haven't heard from him. When you go to the dealer-there is NO PLACE TO PARK to drop off a vehicle and there is no drive through in the service area since the owner has cads in the showroom and the service bay that looks like a collection of old cars. Maybe they should open up a different showroom for that! TONS of cars on the premise-but no people to help you. Worst service we've ever experienced at a dealership. More
