took over a month for service, no one answers phones, when truck was in for service no one ever called me it was all text only through some app system. did not like it at all. they did some work that I w when truck was in for service no one ever called me it was all text only through some app system. did not like it at all. they did some work that I wish they would have talked to me about as my deductible was more than the parts they installed and I would have not done it bit again no one ever checked with me. also, due to this I didn't get a chance to ask about additional work so guess what oc welch lost out on the trans flush I would have liked to have done and a couple other items as well. oh and some items they said they couldn't even do like an alignment. how does a shop that sells 450s 550s 650s and 750s not be able to do an alignment on my truck and why wasn't I told this when I made the appt. More
