The service department has to be the worst across all industries. Both in interaction and the actual service. No one ever answers the phone. My vehicles go there for weeks with no updates. I have to drive up there for updates. The vehicle is currently in there for the same repairs or repairs needed as a result of the improper repairs the previous repairs. I’ll drive many miles further and pay more than deal with this dealership again. Sadly they have a reputation for this kind of service. More
