Yesterday, Kelly Hall was exceptionally helpful to me. My Ford Explorer was getting 4 new tires installed. The night before, I had picked up my sister at Savannah Airport. Yesterday, she called and said she was missing a small bag. Could I check my Ford? Well, it was at your dealership! So I called Kelly Hall and asked if she could track down my car and look for the missing bag? She went out of her way, found the car and looked for the bag. She immediately reported back to me and said that it was not in the car. This was very helpful in narrowing down where the bag could be. Ultimately, my sister found the bag.
