O'Donnell Honda

I wanted to buy a Civic SI but I had not decided whether or not I wanted a four door or a two door. I called ahead of time and let Mike Garvey know what I was interested in and how much money I was going to or not I wanted a four door or a two door. When I arrived at the dealer ship there was both models parked out front waiting for me. Mike Garvey met me outside and said "Just let me know which one you would like and the four door is two hundred dollars more than the two door." then walked back inside. I decided to purchase the two door. When I went back inside to meet Mike all of my paper work was already filled out and ready to go. I was at the dealership for less than an hour. In addition to the exceptional service that I received they provided the best price by five thousand dollars compared to all the other local dealerships. I could not have been any more satisfied with the service I received and will not shop anywhere else for my next new Honda Purchase. I live less than two miles away from Brown's Honda of Glen Burnie and approximately 22 miles away from O'Donnell Honda and chose to purchase my Honda from O'Donnell Honda rather than Brown's Honda, because of their renowned reputation. They definitely lived up to it. Since I have purchased my new vehicle I have referred two of my friends and one of my family members to O'Donnell and they also had nothing but great things to say about the service and the price they received with the purchase of their new Honda. I brought my '07 Accord in for service and visited the showroom while waiting for the service to be performed. While there I met Terry Askin and told him that I was wondering if I could upgrade to an '11 showroom while waiting for the service to be performed. While there I met Terry Askin and told him that I was wondering if I could upgrade to an '11 Accord for about the same payment I was making on the '07 model. We looked at what was available on the lot, his sales manager looked at my '07 to assess trade value, Terry crunched some numbers and I pretty much left with an offer on an '11 Accord that was within $20 of my current monthly payment. I returned the next evening, signed the papers and drove home in my new Honda Accord EX-L. I love dealing with the people at O'Donnell Honda and I have been buying cars from them since 1995. More

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! This is the ONE dealership in the area where they will not push you to buy a whole bunch of dealer-installed crap that you really don't want. The whole process of buying the car took less than two hours, including a test-drive. My salesman was Ken Corker. This guy is a straight-shooter and is a genuinely nice person. There was absolutely no B.S. of any kind. He wasn't pushy at all, and he answered all of my questions accurately. If you go to O'Donnell, I highly recommend that you ask for Ken Corker specifically -- he was truly easy to work with. The finance guy, Rajeev, was also very pleasant to deal with. He wasn't pushy like those guys tend to be, and he took care of all of the details efficiently and without any unnecessary hassles. The people at O'Donnell seem honest, friendly, and genuinely nice. The was my first experience there, but now I will never buy a Honda anywhere else. More

In July of 2011 I decided to trade in my Honda CRV becauses of the economy and gas prices. It was a very hard decision for me to make because I loved my Honda CRV. Before I traded in my Honda CRV I thought I was going to buy a Honda Acord, but I decided to buy the Honda FIT because it looked to me like a compact Honda CRV.
