Stay away! They won't even let you get out of your vehicle before they are all up on you and start about the 'great deal' they are going to make you (we specifically dealt with Patrick Olsen). Then they will give you an agreed upon financing deal only to come back 10 days later and tell you it's significantly higher, or you have to pay a huge fee and turn in the car. And essentially force you to keep the car. They will use typical car salesman tactics to try and pressure you to sign papers or agree to prices you are not comfortable with. (I thought we were past those old ways of predatory salesmen! Not here!). They won't communicate with you or follow through with their commitments, and be very careful to make sure you aren't owed a rebate from Ford, as they will conveniently forget about those as well. And once the deal is done, good luck even getting a phone call back. We are STILL waiting on our paperwork and now had to go to Ford corporate and create a case, just for our copies of the sale! We can't get a return call from anyone at the dealer... sales, management, finance, doesn't matter, they just don't care after the sale. And don't get me started on the service dept, just read the reviews for yourself please... More
Unbelievably bad customer service!!! Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th. Called late on the 26th, Nicolle Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th. Called late on the 26th, Nicolle told me they won't get it in for 3 to 5 business days. I had to call on the 7th day to find out they were finally working on it. I was without my truck for 10 days, for a 1/2 day repair. They don't give a flying "F" about you! Their incompetence in scheduling is due to a lack of consideration for you. I'm 66 and this is by far the worst service I've experienced. More

worst sales experience ever & salesmen ever We were pre approved again for a car loan at O Meara Ford. We went to look at cars and Adrian Flores was the person who helped us. We asked to look at cars he said wait you are pre approved we need to finalize the loan and then look at cars. He was extremely rude form the get go. . I even told him to stop treating us so badly ! Adrian was extremely rude and nasty with us. I have never been treated so badly by anyone!!! He is mean rude and condescending. He took a horrible attitude with me and yelled at me! I told him I will not be talked to like that I asked for another salesmen and we were sent Devon who was just as bad. Devon came back and said he needed 3 months bank statements. I went to my bank to get them and emailed them to Devon. I called him to tell them they were emailed .he did to answer his phone. Apx 2 hours later we had left 2 messages f Adrian and Devon. we had not heard form Devon so my husband called. He again did not answer. We drove all the way back down there and Adrian saw us and turned his head! Devon was with a customer and ignored sun as well for 5 mins and then said you need 50% down to buy a car and Adrian called you! .We told him Adrian did not call us! I asked for a manager and one came over and said let me check this out. He came back and said I have a deal for you just wait! e took our bank statements and was gone for 20 mins only to rudely come back and tell us he needed 50 % down! He was rude and argued with us. . Not sure of his name.. We have never experienced such a horrible experience at a car dealership. The way Adrian spoke to us was horrific! I cant believe he is employed there. More

I showed up the morning of the appointment and was told it would be 7-12 DAYS until they could look at it. xxx are you kidding me. With a 2 week notice no one could have called to say they are backed up and just wait until I show up. I will never give Omera Ford another penny of my money ever More

Purchased a SUV from there and was told the chipped/cracked windshield and bald tires would be "handled" I've had the vehicle for almost a month now and have not received one call back from them regarding my windshield or my tires. I guess they will tell you anything to sell you a car and not actually follow through with it. If you purchase a car from here and they tell you they are going to do something please take my advice and get it in writing because I'm still waiting to have my windshield and tires "handled". Terrible experience More
