Engine lite came on in my Expedition. Two Ford dealerships couldn’t check it for a couple weeks. Jay said f I could leave it for 2 days they’d get it in and let me know. He called don Tuesday, told me the problem and ordered parts. Parts were back ordered and he got me a car to drive. My car was fixed before the other dealerships could even get me in. Jay was great, kept me informed and even got the car the routine service. More
