The customer service here could Improve in many different ways. After I picked my truck up from service I broke down on the highway about 1 mile from the service center. I scheduled service for my truck a week prior for the following Monday.Once I dropped it off Monday morning, I was told to give it until end of day monday or early Tuesday to get an update. At that time, following Monday.Once I dropped it off Monday morning, I was told to give it until end of day monday or early Tuesday to get an update. At that time, I instructed the service rep to contact my husband and provided his number for follow up. He instead contacted me to give diagnosis, cost, and ask if I wanted to proceed. It took over 15 hours of diagnosis to tell me the throttle (on the top part of the engine), which happen to not be covered by my service contract, and tune up is needed for over $600(parts and labor). The pricing and duration of time it took to diagnose was unacceptable, being that i scheduled service for a specific date. Seems I was quoted a high amount and they took an unexpected amount of time to diagnosis the issue and dont really care about taking your time or money. I won't be going back. More
Omeara’s staff is terrible with communication. They don’t answer their phone and don’t return phone calls. I brought my car in for what I thought would be covered under my warranty, it was not. When they told me that I advised them I’d be putting up my car since I couldn’t afford what they quoted me, I was never told my total until I arrived. They charged me $229 for a visual diagnosis, even after I advised I was upset I they did take $20 off the total but over $200 for a visual diagnosis is a bit much when I wasn’t expecting it. More
