Made an appointment, as was instructed to do for works deal on truck. Hour and half later it was done. Noted another customer come in wanting the same service. No mention of appointment. I took my Bronco in because the latch on the back seat was broke. After 3 days the latch still wasn't fixed. I demanded that they return my Bronco to me and tech I was talking to said he couldn't release was broke. After 3 days the latch still wasn't fixed. The service advisor never mentioned that they would sit on the vehicle for 3 days before looking at it. I made a scheduled appointment one week and a half prior to this thinking that it would go in immedia on the vehicle for 3 days before looking at it. I made a scheduled appointment one week and a half prior to this thinking that it would go in immediately to be looked at. Then the service advisor would not call me back in a timely manner. And then once I've got the estimate for repair it was double the cost of an outside repair shop estimate. Please note the service advisor was very cordial and nice but not very attentive to calling anybody back to advise of the status of the vehicle. The rear differential was never even opened up so I don't know how they came to the conclusion of the cost of the repair. More
I got great service, but they don’t use their appointment system well. Made 1st appointment, when I got there I was going to have to leave it all day, so made new appointment and they still said I had to lea system well.
