They are always on top of their game and I'm always informed in advance about issues that will need further attention down the road instead of waiting until it happens just to prey on your wallet like others do. When I go there, I feel like I'm visiting family and that's why I've been a dedicated VW owner for over a decade. As a disabled veteran, I always know the price before I even get things scheduled because they care about those that served to protect and they always ensure that they don't cause any undue hardship on us therefore allowingus to know aheadof time the price of things, and not to mention, it's very reassuring to know that when I drop my car off, I have nothing to worry about because they care for my car the way I do and that is genuine respect. O'meara is definitely #1!!!!!!! More
