One of the managers who did the financing slipped in an extra $599.50 (the same amount as the dealer handling fee) for something called "other aftermarkets." In other words, for nothing, since I was not offered nor did I purchase whatever "other aftermarkets" is supposed to be. I called the dealership the night of the purchase, but was hung up on twice. I eventually was able to get my money back, after multiple calls and emails to several people at the dealership, but the aggravation was, well, aggravating. I have now seen many, many reviews of the dealership, so many of which reported similar experiences. That's why it seems as if the culture is one of dishonesty and aggressiveness. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. More
Greedy and bait and switch tactics the dealership initially agreed to a fixed price on a car and after the weekend went to get the car the said they want $800 more. General Manager claimed that the sales rep had no right to agree to the price that was offered by my 18 year old son. This was binding verbal agreement but they have no intentions on keeping their word. He tried to pull together all his funds in order to get this car after looking for two months found this car he liked. I feel like they aren't looking to keep customers but to take advantage due to their greedy nature. Not a business I would recommend to buy your next car. Keep looking at other dealers. This place clearly has no moral grounds. More
