Very human and nice approach from the sales rep comparing other retailers. For the first time ever, we did not start with looking at zillions of cars in the parking lot. Jacob was very nice and patient. However, there were specific details about my vehicle he did not know or was wrong in giving me information. Also, the deposit I placed for my reservation wasn’t applied to the cost of my vehicle. So that now has to be refunded. More
