Folks were very nice and friendly. They helped me find the wrong part number for a part I didn’t need. I was told my car was fixed. Power issues. Pretty big deal when you have your baby with you- my car was returned to me within 24 hours which was 2 days less then quoted. Turns o Power issues. Turns out they rushed through it bc today (a few days later) our car lost power completely at an intersection and we could not accelerate. VERY DANGEROUS!!!!!! Our child was in the car and we were leaving for something very important. I called to let them know and was told it would be Tuesday at the earliest they would get to it. No empathy or responsibility taken at this point. THIS is why I only went to Emich in Denver for my past 4 VW. Hopefully they can do better when our tow truck brings it back in because it won’t EVEN START now. So aggravating and dangerous. I will do everything I can to avoid this dealership (and have for years) unless this is fixed effectively and QUICKLY. More

The staff is friendly and helpful, however, I scheduled an oil change expecting to not have to wait to long and still had to wait 2 hours for my car to be done. Prompt attention when I arrived. We discussed work to be done. I waited in the waiting area which was comfortable and had refreshments.
