Hi Bonnie (et. al.). I am still waiting for my check from selling my ID.4 xxxxxxback to you on 8/6. The *only* way I can get anybody there to pick up the phone is t al.). The *only* way I can get anybody there to pick up the phone is to select the sales option on your calling tree...and even then I have to do it twice. It has been exactly 14 days, and still no check. I was promised that would be "within the week". I understand that you have not received the title...but that is not an action dependent upon me. I have had my account closed, and have no access to any method to expedite this issue. In short, you still owe me north of $8400. I hope you read this. To any customers/shoppers, be wary of any dealership that doesn't answer phones unless they think it's a sales call. That speaks volumes about their "service" and "commitment to the customer". More
