Hi 'FrenzyB'! We appreciate your feedback, and understand your frustration. As you mentioned in the review, we make it very clear at the time of purchase that we are only able to issue your check once we receive the Title for the vehicle. This is for both your safety and for ours. I can see by your account that we've spoken with you on the phone 4 times since 8/6/22 when we completed the purchase from you, and since we're able to listen to those calls, I also was able to confirm that we again explained each call, that we will have a check for you as soon as we receive title. All that said, I again can understand your frustration. We've reached out to your lender again to see if we can get a tracking number or an estimated delivery on your title.

While I thank you for your response, there is a bit of "victim blaming" going on with it. Letting me know that you can't pay me until you receive the title is your burden. The onus is on you. Taking *twice* as long as promised to do so (I believe the check will be in the mail today thanks to my USPS tracking app) does not seem to me like an honest business practice. Further, your response completely fails to address the problem with contacting you. There are literally two separate phone trees in your system. One dumps you into the other, (Pretty obvious because the first is a female voice, and the second is a male voice). Even then, no matter which combinations and options I tried, there was literally no answer. It just kept looping back to the beginning. Actually, I'll clarify that. There was one option...the last I tried...which was sales. Surprise! That gets picked up right away. As for "reaching out to my lender"..."my lender" is VW finance, which I'm sure you know, since they do the EV credit markdown (as shown on my invoice as well) upon signing. In a nutshell: Your policies have negatively impacted me financially, vis-vis the payment owed to me. In addition, trying to communicate with anyone there via Telephone has been incredibly taxing, difficult, and frustrating. The fact that the Sales department will pick up immediately speaks volumes as to your focus (i.e. lack thereof) on customer service. All that said, this is not a personal attack on any one person there. It's me pointing out some serious flaws in your process and procedures. Put yourself on the other side of the phone, and experience it for yourself. i think you'll find it unacceptable.
