1) initially told by a service tech that i did not need an appt to bring in my vehicle for an inspection service. Day i was bringing my vehicle in, they inform me that i do in fact need an appt. 2) after an appt to bring in my vehicle for an inspection service. Day i was bringing my vehicle in, they inform me that i do in fact need an appt. 2) after coming back a week later after my appt to pick my vehicle back up, i found that the driver's window was rolled down and dust had entered the car. This particularly irritated me as i had my vehicle detailed a week prior. 3) i also found that no paper mats were used by the service techs on my vehicle since there was what seems to be gum stuck onto the passenger side floor mat. Again, vehicle was detailed just last week. 4) on pickup of vehicle, service tech told me that i would need to come back again in the near future to have them replace the cabin air filter (part of the service plan) because they were out of filters to use for my vehicle. This may be a supply chain issue, but if not is a failure to plan for parts that they would need for servicing a vehicle that they had a week of notice for and failed to notify me of this issue before coming in for the appt.
