Absolutely horrible service. I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change with a tire rotation. They told me it was done around 12:30 and then took an additional 2 hours to do t I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change with a tire rotation. They told me it was done around 12:30 and then took an additional 2 hours to do the tire rotation. A complete waste of my time. They gave no useful updates and just kept saying it was “almost done” My tire light came on right after I left and each tire was 10 psi lower than it needed to be. They couldn’t even do it right, after taking two hours to do it. Take the time to drive to another place to get your vehicle worked on. Come here if you want to have your entire day wasted. More

Vincent was great. Just had a little issue with an oil change I had. Very routine oil change, tire rotation, and recall fix. When putting my car back together, somethin Just had a little issue with an oil change I had. Very routine oil change, tire rotation, and recall fix. When putting my car back together, something happened with the engine so it needed to be at the shop for almost a month. I had to get Uber rides and a rental car for 4 days since I had no transportation. The dealership did not pay for any of the fees I had to pay for out of my own pocket (Uber and rental). It was not my fault and the reason I went to the dealership was not because of my engine. I feel like the dealership should have paid at least for my rental car that was almost $300. Other than that, my experience was ok. More
