We drove down to Westminster from Cheyenne, WY, at 5:00 pm to look at a vehicle. We had a trade in that happened to have damage. Justin was ready and waiting for us. We had a wonderful, no pressure, car buying experience at O’Meara Volkswagen. Our salesman, Jacob Fox, was patient, polite and very knowledgeable. The only good thing about this was the vehicle. The sales person and the finance manager were terrible. The sales person lied to me about the dumbest things, like he was going to fill my tire and t The sales person and the finance manager were terrible. The sales person lied to me about the dumbest things, like he was going to fill my tire and that he was “taking my car to detail.” He didn’t . He wiped my vehicle down and lied to me about the air not working even tho 30 minutes before he said “it’s on all night.” His name was Oscar. The finance manager was worst of all. He tried telling me that Capital One wouldn’t finance the deal unlesss I bought the extended service contract. Also he refused to show me the payments without the extended service contFact. Then lied again saying that the theft protection is part of the GAP protection . He refused to show me the approval. He also told me as soon as I walked in that since I’m the “last customer of the night” I would get everything at cost and already had all the paperwork printed on contracts I never even agreed to. I won’t recommend to anyone , I thought the car industry was getting away from this slimeball mentality but I guess I was wrong. P.S. They don’t fill your gas tank either even though your purchasing a $20000 car. More
