Lies and sleazy tactics all around!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I left a luxury brand thinking I'd give VW a try, hearing they turned things around. Don't trust the emails they send you, they'll lie to get you in the dealership. Then when you arrive, you'll be greeted with ZERO Customer service. Jay has to be one of the WORST sales people I've ever met. He will flat out LIE to you and take zero responsibility. He's quick to blame it on someone else. He'll lie to you and tell you that your signature is required on a ton of paperwork, but not explain ANY of it. It's a sleazy tactic he and Eric (Finance) use to just shove you thru the process hoping you don't ask any questions. Horrible experience, wish I NEVER went to their dealership. More

Don’t buy a car here. Originally I got a Hyundai Sonata, it had no brake lights, the headlights would turn off while I’m driving at night, and some other issues. The dealership “bought it back” and threw m it had no brake lights, the headlights would turn off while I’m driving at night, and some other issues. The dealership “bought it back” and threw me into a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that I didn’t want but they did their dealership sales talk and practically forced me to buy it telling me I had no other options.. BUT it’s a lease not me buying the car.. so we went from a $300 car payment to $500 car payment. I’m a single mother of 3 kids and can not afford it but they forced it onto me anyways. They also said they were gonna do things and didn’t. And then the cars sunroof leaks air, the bass on the speakers goes in and out, the rain sensing wipers don’t work, the passenger visor light doesn’t work, and they won’t do anything about it but said they can “repossess” it if I don’t want it. I called Volkswagen corporate and they told me the dealership can buy the car back and it wouldn’t affect me so the DM at Volkswagen is such a xxxxxxxxxxx! More
