Again under estimated time needed/kept car. Last time, they didnt have the right part & couldn't get it in time, so I had to bring it back. This time they way underestimated the time it'd take (should be right out of the Time & Materials estimator). Had to keep the car longer. Then an unfortunate snow delay and loaner wasn't AWD like my Atlas (so couldn't get to work til snow cleared). Finally got it late Wednesday. Also I needed to register the car by Friday (expired Thursday) & out of state transfer needs VIN inspection... just a little added stress. More
