I will never be back to this dealership again. I went to get a payout amount on lease payoff and they didn't even tell me i needed a lease package and the manager told me we don't make any money o I went to get a payout amount on lease payoff and they didn't even tell me i needed a lease package and the manager told me we don't make any money on this type of deal. Can you believe that! How rude. I will NEVER go to this dealership. I told him well i have been paying on a VW for 4 years so somebody made money. RUDE More

My experience was certainly a positive one at the end of the day both the dealership and I made a good car deal. My only "thumbs down" experience was in the final stage signing papers etc. This was the fi the day both the dealership and I made a good car deal. I admit I was in a hurry and told that if I decline we would have to rewrite the paperwork. I just wish this would of been discussed with me up front. It feels a bit dirty. More
