Service & Sales Working Together to Go Above and Beyond On our way back from FL to Atlanta we had a problem with our hatch closing after opening it at a rest stop. Subaru of Valdosta was the closest Subaru dealership on our way home. We spoke to Emily on the phone and she said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help us. We had it tied using rope from a beach tent. Ben Wilson the Service Manager took a look and the part we needed wasn't something they keep in stock. He got with JR Willoughby the Sales Manager and they pulled a part from a new Subaru and fixed ours in about an hour. This got us back on the road feeling safe and we didn't have to worry about taking time off from work the next day to fix it. It was all covered under warranty and this being our 1st Subaru Forester which we love made us so proud to be a Subaru owner. Even when you have a little trouble, Subaru dealers like this one stand behind the product and show they really care. What a nice, friendly, and caring staff. Wish we had bought our Subaru from them!!! More
Above and beyond Landon and JR at the Subaru Dealership went above and beyond for me. They were very patient, informative and kind. The both of them knew how important Landon and JR at the Subaru Dealership went above and beyond for me. They were very patient, informative and kind. The both of them knew how important it was for me to choose the right vehicle for my family. It has been a week since my purchase and they are still willing to help with any questions that might arise. I am beyond pleased with them. I will use the dealership for all my maintenance needs as well as referring them to any and everyone. To Landon and JR, you both are appreciated!! Thank you again!! More
Bought a New 2018 Crosstrek and Love it!! I came into O'steen not knowing much about Subarus and what they had to offer. I left highly pleased. Daniel was the sales person that walked and helped me through the entire process from taking me on test drive, going over the features and making sure I was satisfied before I left the lot. The dealership didn't have the exact one that I wanted on the lot but they contacted another Subaru Lot and had it shipped the next day. I will be a lifetime purchaser of Subarus! More

It's definitely not Pipkins any more. My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Pipkins Subaru (before it changed management / ownership to O'steens). Both of these vehicles were spe My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Pipkins Subaru (before it changed management / ownership to O'steens). Both of these vehicles were special ordered - one a Subaru Impreza WRX and the other a Subaru Impreza WRX STi. We were in the market to special order a VW compact that was not currently on their lot. When we told the salesman what we were looking for, he immediately shook his head, sighed, and told us that a "Doctor" had purchased their last one a few months ago. We immediately got the feeling as though we were being dismissed as not having sufficient funds to even talk about purchasing this vehicle. Little did he know that we were ready to buy the car that day. He then said he could sell us a lower level vehicle, without even offering to let us sit in it or test drive it. When my husband restated that he was looking for a specific vehicle (and willing to wait for its arrival), this salesman made no attempt to spend time with us to make arrangements to order the car we wanted. We left the lot feeling insulted and unworthy of any consideration (both of us are professionals in the community and in our mid-forties, so I can assure you we aren't a bunch of kids out looking for a joy ride). We felt as though he wouldn't make any money off of us special ordering a vehicle that was not on the lot. As we were leaving, I asked about a specific option on a different SUV. He did not seize the opportunity to show me that vehicle (on a side note, I was looking for a new car as well - total lost sales =2 so far). To make a long story short, we are now the proud owners of a $46,000 vehicle which was purchased at another dealership. That dealership treated us as though we were their one and only customers. Note to the management at O'steens - don't assume that your customers cannot afford a particular vehicle based on what you perceive as a first impression. One would think that in the midst of the VW scandal, O'steens would be more receptive to repeat customers. More
