I contacted O'Steen VW to inquire about a late model Mercedes Benz. Marquis emailed me and told me it was available and he can assist me with any questions that I might have. We emailed back and forth and he was very helpful. I never felt I am being pressured to purchase a vehicle from him. He even sent me the out the door price before I even showed up at the dealership. Most of the time, dealer sales rep wanted you to show up first then talk about numbers. Marquis was upfront in pricing and he even gave me a military discount for a used car. We are now enjoying the MB SUV thanks for Marquis and O'Steen. More
